Meet The Owner

Garrett Sawyer serves as the CEO of Sawyer HR Consulting. Garrett has over 15 years of diverse Human Resources experience and is a subject matter expert in the areas of HR compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development. Garrett began his career in human resources with a local Richmond law firm. While there, Garrett rose up the leadership ranks and became a trusted resource across the company. Garrett was in charge of all staffing and associated costs for over 13 offices along the East Coast and the Gulf Region. Garrett drove for significant cost savings and staffing utilization for the largest settlement program in U.S. history.
